Complaints Policy
Corporate policy
・We protect the human rights of the performers and viewers of content.
・We do not handle content that promotes or facilitates child sexual abuse material (CSAM), incest, bestiality, non-consensual sexual acts, bodily mutilation, human trafficking, the sex trade, or abuse.
・We do not sell content involving persons under 18 (minors) or content without the performers' consent.
Complaints Policy
・When a third party, including consumers and child protection or human rights organizations (individuals or corporations, domestic or international), points out that content may violate our policy, we will promptly investigate. If, as a result of the investigation, we or a related organization determine that the content violates the policy, we will immediately remove the content in question.
・When a performer in content claims that they did not consent to appearing or did not consent to the distribution of the content, we will take measures so that the content cannot be viewed or purchased until the circumstances of consent can be confirmed. If consent cannot be confirmed, or if the performer can prove that consent is invalid under applicable law, we will remove the content immediately.
