Soundness of video
To ensure that casts do not engage in acts that violate the law, before their first shift we always explain the prohibited acts and enter into a contract in which they agree to them.
While video is being streamed, dedicated staff monitor the video at all times and check that there are no acts that violate Japanese law.
Age verification
We do not hire anyone under 18, nor high school students even if they have turned 18.
Before their first shift, we thoroughly require a photo ID (if there is no photo ID, multiple documents showing age), and strive to ensure that no one under 18 works.
